Choose how each recipient accepts items

Add the destination account in Recipients and give it a recognizable name. A trade-URL-only recipient can receive an offer, but you accept it manually in Steam. Full authorization supports automatic acceptance when that option is enabled. Adding a recipient alone does not enable automatic acceptance.

Check the destination before sending a batch. Keep the recipient’s trade URL current, and review whether you want manual or automatic acceptance. If an offer remains awaiting action, these settings help explain who needs to act without changing the farming accounts that supplied its items.

Configure and preview the shared pool

Automatic distribution assigns eligible collected items from a shared pool across farming accounts. Select the participating recipients, choose a strategy and save the settings. You can balance item counts, balance estimated USD values, set percentage shares of item counts, or rotate recipients in turn.

Use the preview to check the allocation before enabling your plan. It simulates currently available items without sending them or changing the saved rotation. Percentages must total 100%. Value balancing uses estimates, so equal estimated values do not mean equal sale proceeds or identical items.

Check that the item is available to send

First confirm the item appears in Collected items, then inspect its availability. A reserved item already belongs to another transfer attempt. An item with a trade restriction may have to wait. Changing recipients does not make either item immediately ready for a new offer.

Steam checks remain separate from the allocation rules. Account restrictions, Steam Guard changes and item holds can delay or prevent a transfer. Read the actual message shown by Steam and the item’s restriction details; a successful collection does not prove that immediate trading is available.

Read the trade status before retrying

Open Trade offers and inspect the relevant transfer. Preparing, Sent and Awaiting confirmation describe progress, not receipt by the destination. Check confirmation and acceptance when prompted. For a URL-only recipient, inspect the incoming offer in Steam. Confirm the eventual result against the recipient’s inventory.

For Failed or Trade locked, read the displayed reason first. An unavailable inventory check is different from a missing recipient trade URL. Use retry only when the interface offers it and you have addressed the cause. If the outcome is unknown, inspect Steam’s offer history before creating another transfer.

Manage farming and trade processing separately

Stop farming stops the farming queue and sessions; it does not disable distribution or cancel trades. To pause new automatic assignments, disable distribution and save. Existing transfers still need individual attention. Use Stop trade processing where available, then wait for its final status before choosing items again.

Stopping local processing does not prove a Steam offer was cancelled. Recheck Steam if the result is uncertain. Items released after stopped or failed processing are not automatically dispatched again; use the available manual action after review. Keep the previous transfer in view when checking a new attempt.
