Start with Prime and the account’s progress
Steam’s Prime FAQ confirms that Prime is required for XP and weekly care packages. Check Prime on each Steam account before adding it to your weekly farming plan. A CSFarmCloud subscription provides farming capacity; it does not add Prime to a Steam account.
Then check the account’s XP and current weekly status. An account that can sign in is not necessarily ready to receive another reward. Use its progress and the result of the current farming cycle to decide what needs attention, rather than counting hours online alone.
What 24/7 cloud farming actually changes
CSFarmCloud runs the farm without a local computer left on. You can close the browser while the service manages active accounts and the queue. That availability does not change Steam’s weekly reward conditions or create unlimited drops for an individual account.
Parallel slots determine how many accounts can farm together. Remaining eligible accounts wait in the queue. For example, a queued account has not failed simply because all slots are occupied. Look at available capacity and completed accounts before treating a waiting account as a problem.
Track the result, not just a running session
Use Overview for the farm’s totals and Accounts for individual progress. Queued, Farming, Completed and Error describe different situations. Compare the current status with the account’s latest message when progress appears to stop. A running farm can contain accounts at several stages simultaneously.
In the weekly drop flow, confirmed collection leads to Completed. Check Collected items for the actual recorded items. Returning a completed account to the queue does not grant another Steam reward: it only changes the account’s place in your farming workflow.
Understand item selection and missing prices
CSFarmCloud selects the two highest-priced options with known Steam Market median prices from the offered drop. An unknown price is excluded from a new selection. If fewer than two prices are available, collection stops with an explanation so you can retry later.
A displayed inventory value is an estimate, not a completed sale or cash balance. Previously collected items can remain in your history even if they have no price. Judge the current collection result by the recorded items, and treat valuation as a separate measurement.
Use a short review at the end of a cycle
Review accounts with errors first, then check which accounts completed and whether their items appeared. Read the specific error before retrying: unavailable prices and an account sign-in problem need different responses. If the game’s reward state is unclear, inspect that account in CS2.
Finally, check trade progress separately if you enabled distribution. An item can be collected while its transfer still awaits action. Plan from confirmed results across your own accounts; do not assume a fixed reward value, a permanent item pool or a guaranteed completion time.
